I'm still here, just super busy. It's been since 2 days before Alohi's birth that I blogged. She is nearly 5 months old now. As you all know, things have been crazy in the last 5 months, but we have been blessed beyond measure!
So, here we go with more blogging; you all should know by now, Matthew and I are nuts! We're nuts about God, nuts about our kids, and in general, we're just nuts! Our kids are nuts, too! So, it shouldn't be too much of a shock that we won't be making our trip/move to NC any less nuts than our personalities! We will be cloth diapering the entire way!!!! Yeah, nuts, I know..... just love our gdiapers that much, we wouldn't have it any other way. Also, because of Malkiah's food allergies, we vow to not purchase ANY fast food on our actual trip or for the month we're staying in temporary lodging! I know, again, pretty nuts! We will be keeping a cooler with dry ice and taking small kitchen appliances with us to be sure Ki does not eat any gluten. This will make our adventure all the more interesting, I'm sure, but better for everyone. We'll be blogging and posting pictures along the way. We'll be needing all the support we can get. I already have been putting together "trip bags" for Ani and Ki. I found a great laminated map of the country to show the kids every day our progress and ultimate goal. We have one week before the packers come. EVERYTHING that we'll be taking with us needs to be separated from what they'll pack. Everything they pack will go into storage here until our house in NC is done. We'll need to have a LOT of stuff right with us, so this will be.... uhm, nuts! Yeah, we're nuts! And my mind is racing right now with the "to dos", so I'm done blogging for today!
